Amazing Portrait Photographers

Anne Geddes has always drawn my eye with her wimsical fantasy pictures of babies, mothers, and children. Here are a few of her pictures that I have found to like. The reason I enjoy Geddes is because when looking at her pictures it is as if looking at pure innocence, untouched by the tragedies of everyday life, still pure.

The next photographer I would like to present is Gregory Colbert. I happened to come across his gallery Ashes and Snow, when searching for photographs by Anne Geddes and my breath was immediately taken away. I love how he has captured this relationship between these people and the earth and animals around them. It is sureal the closeness of their bond. He manages to capture this entire scene of light, shadows, and emotion so easily, and leaves you full of questions.

A wedding portrait photographer that I like is Sandra Yu. I love the different angles she finds to capture the people within her photographs.

The final Portrait Photographer I would like to cover is David Hansen. David takes photographs of people doing hobbies or day-to-day activies. His portraits are more realistic but still amazing.
